Qigong is one of the oldest recorded physical exercises that has been proved to bring a myriad health benefits. Combining movement, breathing, martial arts, and meditation, it’s accessible to people of all physical capacities.

Qigong practice seeks to cultivate the qi, life force, by allowing it to circulate freely, clearing blockage, bringing it into balance within the organs and increase its overall quantity within one’s body. The result is a clearer mind, relaxed posture and overall feeling of well-being.

Please wear comfortable clothing. A towel and your own water are recommended as you may break a sweat, even if not profusely. It’s recommended to drink plenty of fluid after each qigong session to keep the body hydrated.

About Spring:
Spring is a former U-theatre drummer, UK-licensed drama and movement therapist, and grateful hybrid of the East and the West. She's been practicing Qi-gong for more than a decade and thoroughly enjoying it. 5 years ago she started to share qigong with those who are interested in incorporating this ancient training into their self-care regimen.

建議做氣功時穿舒適的衣服並攜帶毛巾和 水,因為氣功雖然溫和但練一趟下來也是會流汗。在每次氣功練習後多喝水以保持身體水分。
