我們將提供多重選擇讓你混搭：肉桂、葡萄乾、咖啡、巧克力、龍舌蘭糖漿、椰子油。提醒您，所有的能量棒皆以燕麥作為基底。

所有材料都會預先清洗或消毒

Looking for a healthy snack to grab on the go? Want a guilt-free sweet treat? Miss your oven but still want to “bake”? Then come make energy bars with us to add some sugar and spice to your routine! We'll be making two varieties of tasty, nutrient-packed energy bars! These bars are perfect to share with friends...or even better, to eat yourself! 😉

We will be providing options that you can mix as you wish: cinnamon, raisins, coffee, chocolate, agave nectar, and coconut oil. Please note all bars will have oats as the base.

What to bring:
Your own tupperware container
Any toppings you want to add :)

All materials will be washed and sanitized before use.
