We picnic in the park on Saturdays during the warmer months. Come with your friends, make new friends, everybody are friends!

We’ll meet in the afternoons to avoid the hot Taipei sun. Come ready to share, relax, laugh...and sweat a little bit.

Every picnic will include a short class such as yoga, art and more.

Join us this month for a quick 30 minute burn session to get your heart pumping and blood flowing!

Sheridan, Full Body Workout & Yoga instructor, will lead you in a fun full body exercise to end your day with a bit of sweat and lots of smiles.

🌻 Class Fee: $200
In our attempt to be inclusive to all, the class fee is a suggested amount. All funds support our studio, its programs, and the instructor. If you are unable to pay, please let us know.

春天時,我們會在每個星期六的下午去公園野餐。歡迎妳帶妳的朋友一起加入!來交新朋友,我們大家人都很好唷!

下午野餐可以避開台北炎熱的太陽,就這樣在舒服的天氣裡,與我們分享妳的故事。放鬆一下,笑一笑,不過...可能也會流點汗!

每次的野餐都會包括一堂短短的課程,比如說瑜珈或美術。這週我們會有一堂30分鐘的輕度健身課程。

Sheridan是一位熱血的素食主義者,她的健身課程會讓妳全身上下的肌肉都用上。就讓我們變流汗邊微笑的結束這美好的一天吧!
