由節奏深蹲的暖身拉開序幕,循序前進到節奏快速的高強度間歇性訓練,全身一起動次、動次嗨起來~

課堂小提醒:
*記得穿上妳美美的運動衣與運動鞋
*攜帶毛巾與水

Cardio, HIIT, yoga and dance all combined into this sweat inducing workout class. We will do a high tempo squats warm-up and then head into a series of interval training focusing on a full body workout. 
Wear workout shoes and clothes
Bring a towel and water

Yin Yoga 陰瑜珈

接續上一堂高強度的運動課程,或純粹是在忙了一整天後,這堂課藉著陰瑜伽體位,提供你伸展和貼近大地的機會。專注於正位和呼吸時,搭配簡單、輕柔的動作可以幫助你放鬆,除去各樣壓力,並幫助你/妳更加了解自身的軀體和意念。

Reconnect, restore, and strengthen your body, mind, and soul.

Following an intense work out session or simply after a long and busy day,  this class offers a moment to stretch and ground your body through yin yoga poses. Simple and gentle movements with focus on body alignement and respiration, will help you unwind, get rid of any stress and have a better understanding of your own body and mind.
