這次的活動包含了溫和輕柔且流動的肢體活動以及引導式冥想，接下來會有日記寫作、自我意志確立（會有引導）。我們活動的最後面，會留下時間，讓大家可以互相連結，並分享感受。

 Moon Circles is a moment to come back to embodiment, to tune into cyclical wisdom, and cast a shimmering, self-aware, loving gaze on life.
The event consists of a gentle flowing movement and guided meditation, followed by journaling and intention-setting (with prompts). There will be time at the end to connect and share.

瑜伽老師兼作家，喜愛著天體與宇宙，專注於以言詞與身體活動來啟發自我體現的狀態。她也在峇里島 Radiantly Alive完成 200小時的師資培訓．課程中，她是一位營造滋養氛圍的老師。

Jasmine is a yoga teacher and a writer with a soft spot for the celestial. She aims to inspire a state of self-embodiment through words and movement. Jasmine's yoga career has taken her all over the world. She holds a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification from Radiantly Alive in Bali and also holds teaching certifications from Australia and India. Her teaching style is nurturing with an emphasis on personal healing.
