Cardio, HIIT, yoga and dance all combined into this sweat inducing workout class. We will do a high tempo squats warm-up and then head into a series of interval training focusing on a full body workout.

Calm your body, mind and soul. If you want to restore your health, strength, and well-being for the rest of the week, this class is for you.
We will be moving from simple stretches into a guided meditation and finish off by thanking ourselves for being who we are.
