Shaping clay is like shaping our desires and wishes. When kneading clay little by little we feed it to our dreams.
In Dream Ceramics, Anji will guide you to create your own little trinket plates, bowls, or incense holders.

課程一
在開始前，我們會透過短短的冥想得到我們想呈現的小盤形
大家會被引導用白陶土塑形做出小碟或碗
課程一 結束後，會把半成品窯烤
課程二
Anji會引導大家在窯烤完的半成品上，用陶彩畫出夢想

The ceramics workshop will consist of two parts and both will be available in each workshop:
Part 1:
Before starting, we will do a quick meditation to get some images of what we want our finished plates to embody.
Everyone will be guided in using white clay to shape our plates or bowls.
After class 1 the plates will be fired in a kiln.
Part 2:
Now that everything is fired, Anji will guide everyone in using colorful ceramic paints to paint our dreams on to the pottery. The painting can be as abstract or as detailed as we wish to make it.

Anji is a ceramics artists from Ukraine. Since a young age she has traveled around the world with her family, living in different countries. In 2014, when doing an exchange program in Japan, she discovered the world of ceramics and has been in love with it ever since. Now Anji makes her ceramic works in Taipei. Clay is a part of the ground underneath us. She enjoys shaping the clay into objects for everyday use. Meanwhile, embodying it with memories of travels, nightly dreams, and wishes.

此費用包含陶土，製陶工具，陶彩與刷具，專人引導協助，
*燒製費會依成品大小收取。10*10cm的小盤大約收
Workshop 1: $400
Workshop 2: $500
The workshop fee includes, clay, pottery tools, paints and paintbrushes, guided instructions and help, as well as complimentary tea. Firing fees are paid separately.
*Firing fees are paid separately depending on the pottery you make. For example, a small 10x10cm plate will cost 15NT to fire.
