Take a walk along the riverside and enjoying the music and breeze. Don’t miss the old street and try some local specialties, such as A-ghey, fish crisp, traditional cakes, iron egg…etc.  Tamsui is also famous in its historic spots, especially the Fort San Domingo, which was first established by the Spanish in 17th century and rebuilt by the Dutch during the colonial periods. The Fisherman’s Wharf in Tamsui is also a great spot for enjoying the sunset.

Take a ferry to Bali, where you can rent a bike and enjoy the riverside riding. You can visit Shihsanhang Museum at Bali. It is the first archaeological museum in northern Taiwan.
